Institutional Use

SIGMA is designed for authorized Universidad Montrer users and required public services, such as legal documents or provider-required connection points. Internal modules require authentication and active permissions.

User Responsibilities

Each user must use the platform according to their permissions, protect their account, avoid sharing credentials, and provide accurate information in the processes where they participate.

Messaging and Integrations

WhatsApp Business, CRM, automation, and artificial intelligence channels may be used only for authorized institutional purposes. Each user must respect applicable contact preferences and permissions, approved templates, messaging windows, and provider policies. Sending unauthorized communications, bypassing controls, using third-party credentials, or processing data outside approved workflows is not allowed.

WhatsApp Business Accounts and Channels

Only authorized administrators may associate a WhatsApp Business account with a SIGMA workspace. The association must use the provider's official mechanisms and maintains an organization-defined scope. Use of a channel may be suspended when permissions, configuration, or provider conditions change.

Availability and Changes

SIGMA may be updated to improve security, performance, modules, integrations, or institutional rules. Some features may depend on external providers, API availability, permissions, webhooks, or third-party configuration.

Audit and Security

The platform may record user activity, changes, access, messages, technical events, and critical operations to maintain traceability, security, and internal compliance.

Ownership and Restrictions

The design, modules, automations, documentation, and components of SIGMA are part of the institutional platform. They must not be copied, redistributed, or used outside authorized purposes without approval.
