How to Request Deletion

Send a request to the email address listed on this page with your full name, associated email address or phone number, relationship with Universidad Montrer, and a clear description of the data you want reviewed, corrected, or deleted. For WhatsApp data, include the number in international format whenever possible.

Identity Validation

Before modifying or deleting information, SIGMA or the corresponding institutional area may request additional details to confirm the identity of the requester and validate their right over the information.

Information That May Be Deleted

Personal data, contact preferences, histories, and operational records that are no longer necessary for the current purpose may be deleted or anonymized, provided there is no institutional, legal, academic, administrative, contractual, security, or audit obligation requiring retention.

External Integrations

The request covers data controlled by Universidad Montrer in SIGMA. When data has also been processed by a connected provider, such as Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Zoho CRM, or TimelinesAI, additional action or a request directly to that provider may be required under its own terms and policies.

Response Time

We will acknowledge receipt and review the request based on identity validation, scope, and the systems involved. A response will be provided within applicable timeframes, and any limitation or pending action by an external provider will be explained.

Data That May Be Retained

Some minimum records may be retained for security, compliance, audit, abuse prevention, proof of attention, or support of institutional processes.
